MOKGWEETSI ATTORNEYS

Mr Bosa Edward Mokgweetsi heads the firm. Mr Mokgweetsi was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court and other Courts of Botswana in November 2017. From before his admission in the year 2016 till the time of his admission as an attorney Mr. Mokgweetsi served under the leadership of his Lordship Motumise at Motumise Attorneys, before he ascended to the bench in January 2018.

Upon leaving Motumise attorneys, Mr. Mokgweetsi went on to practice under Mr. Unoda Mack of Mack Bahuma Attorneys, from the year 2018 until July 2021, where he dealt with and took part in numerous matters that continue to shape the jurisprudence of Botswana.

From August 2021, Mr. Mokgweetsi worked as a partner at Craig Law Consultants until May 2022 when he took the decision to establish his own practice. He continues to practice law with the same passion and zeal that has helped earn him respect of his peers.

Mr Mokgweetsi has also been admitted and practicing as a Conveyancer and Notary Public of the republic of Botswana. He is currently a part of the Botswana Football Association Legal and Constitutional Committee.

Mr Obonye Andrew Mokgweetsi is a qualified accountant having obtained his degree at the University of Botswana in October 2018. He has worked in different entities where he worked with different accounting systems and gained immense experience.

He has, from the year 2015 to date, worked with Water Utilities (Molepolole), Ministry of Health in Medical Stores, Agri Corner, Tupperware (Pty) Ltd and Double Pillars Consultants. In those years, he has gained experience with the Systems Applications Products (SAP) Computer System, the Pastel Software for General Ledger, the Government Accounting and Budgeting System (GABS), dealt with petty cash and customers’ billings, etc.

Mr. Tirelo Busang currently holds the Degree in Business Management (University of Derby In Conjuction with Botswana Accountacy College) as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Vocational Education and Training from Ba Isago University. He has gained experience by working at BUAN Consult (Pty) Ltd as an Administration Officer for a period of two (2) years.

He is a good addition to the team and has proven and continues to prove his experience in managing the affairs of the business.

Preach Magwaro holds a Diploma in Court Administration Law (Gaborone University College of Law). He also worked as a machine operator and office administrator at Justin Hill Constructions for a period of 1 year .
As an office administrator he plays a vital role in insuring the day-to-day operations of the office. With a strong focus on the organization, efficiency, and communication, he manages a wide range of administrative tasks, providing essential support to both the management team and other staff members.

Ms Asmaad Priscillah D Khan has been with the firm since its inception and has proven to be a wonderful addition to the team.

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, she serves as a professional, welcoming and organized receptionist. With strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the importance of confidentiality in legal a setting, she ensures that all incoming communications are handles with efficiency and discretion. Responsible for managing the front desk, scheduling appointments and assisting with daily administrative tasks, Ms Asmaah Priscillah D Khan plays a key role in maintaining the firm’s professional desk, image plus supporting the team’s operations.

Ms Kelebogile Keotsenye graduated from the University of Botswana in October 2023 with a degree in Bachelor of Laws. She was subsequently admitted as an Attorney of the High Court and other courts of Botswana in February 2024. Ms Keotsenye has also been admitted a Conveyancer and Notary Public of the Republic of Botswana. She joined the firm in October 2024.

Ms Kelebogile Keotsenye holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Long term insurance from the Insurance Academy of Botswana and a Postgraduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from Botswana Accountancy College.
